Tour in Valpolicella: wine, oil, and peach tasting

At our winery, every experience is an immersion in the scents, stories and rhythms of Valpolicella. Vineyard, wine cellar, and authentic flavors: here we share glasses that taste of history and the land.

The "Journey to Valpolicella" experience will begin with a walk in the vineyards to discover our origins, with the story of the traditions of Valpolicella told directly in the field. Together, we will visit our historic vineyard, where we will encounter vines that are more than 100 years old. Sofia, the daughter of the owner Gianluca, will be the guide to discover the vineyard planted in 1967 by her grandfather Mario and never uprooted to achieve higher quality wine. More than three generations have taken care of the same plants with attention to the environment and biodiversity, given the proximity to the peach orchard planted in 1960, which represents the peach fruit tradition in the town of Pescantina. At the end of the walk, full of tales, anecdotes and many stories about families and the local area, we will taste wine and oil from Lake Garda together on our veranda facing the vineyard, paired with fresh bread and products from our farm such as jams, red wine jellies, and pickled vegetables. A platter of cured meats and cheeses from the Verona area to accompany the wine tasting. There will be 5 wines to taste, representing the entire Valpolicella territory in a complete journey: - Rosè Brioso I.G.T.
