Description
Horseback riding at Lake Garda takes a different shape on this two-hour ride: no shore, but the gentle hills inland. You meet your guide, get to know your horse and head out on country trails that link Castelnuovo del Garda, Lazise and Colà di Lazise.
The trail winds through vineyards, olive groves and open fields. From the hills the view opens wide, with the lake appearing in the distance. The way was chosen to keep away from traffic, so you can ride in total serenity and look at the scenery.
The horses are calm and well trained. Every level can ride: complete beginners are welcome, and more experienced riders may try a light gallop where the fields open up.
- Riders must be at least 15 years old
- Long trousers and shoes, not sandals or slippers, and clothing suited to the season
- Pets are not allowed, and the ride is not accessible to people with reduced mobility
Your guide is an expert on horses rather than a tourist guide, and the ride does not go down to the shore of the lake. The point is to be out in nature.
