Description
This e-bike ride to Borghetto sul Mincio from the lake is self-guided, so the pace is yours. You collect the bike at the Le Ali del Frassino resort, next to the protected Frassino Oasis, and set off with a route map and a briefing.
You follow the Mincio Cycle Path, a scenic route that tracks the river through countryside, waterways and old mills. The paths are mostly flat and in good condition, so a basic level of cycling is enough. Stop wherever you like for photos.
The turning point is Borghetto sul Mincio, a medieval village often counted among Italy's prettiest, with narrow streets and historic watermills. Lunch waits at Corte Regia Relais & SPA, a refined historic building in the middle of Borghetto: one main course, dessert, water and coffee. Afterwards you can keep exploring on foot or ride back at leisure.
