Description
This wine tasting in Lazise begins outdoors, among the vines of an estate, on the hills that rise outside the medieval walls of the village. Your host leads the way between the rows and describes how the estate looks after every variety as the seasons turn. The cellar comes next, where you follow the grapes on their way to becoming wine: harvest decisions, fermentation, and the long wait until a bottle is ready.
The tasting follows, with six wines that give the estate's classic varietals a personal, modern reading. Alongside the glasses comes a generous board of cured meats, cheeses and regional specialties, for a tasting that takes its time.

The grapes for every wine grow on the estate's land, and the people who guide you follow each wine from vine to bottle. It lasts about two hours. Transport is not included, vegan food cannot be served, and access is partial for visitors with reduced mobility.
