Description

A Verona small group walking tour with a local expert guide: two hours from Piazza Bra to the Arena, Juliet's balcony and the squares of Erbe and Signori, in English.

On this Verona small group walking tour, a local guide leads you through the old town on foot for about two hours. You meet in Piazza Bra, the large square at the heart of the city, and from there the streets, churches and palaces unfold one after another.

First comes the Arena, the largest and best-known amphitheatre in Italy, then Palazzo Barbieri, once the seat of the Austrian Civic Guard and today the Town Hall. The route continues to Juliet's balcony, where the guide tells the tragedy of Romeo and Juliet, and to Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza dei Signori, known as Dante's Square, among many other corners of the old centre.

  • Palazzo Barbieri
  • Juliet's balcony
  • Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza dei Signori

The tour is run only in English and is not suited to wheelchair users. Entry tickets to the attractions, food, drinks and hotel pick-up are not included.
