Olive Grove Aperitif and Olive Oil Tasting, Lake Garda

This olive oil tasting on Lake Garda turns an aperitif into a slow, unhurried stop among the olive trees, with soft hills rolling around you. The star is the estate's own extra virgin olive oil, served in several different ways.

You sit down to a large platter of gourmet bites made with carefully chosen products from around Verona and the lake. The spread runs from artisanal cold cuts with crudités to bruschetta topped with pâtés and drizzled with a range of oils and natural infusions, plus seasonal vegetables and a bowl of olives and garlic stored in the estate's own oil.

To drink, you choose between the estate's own wine by the glass and AperivOLIO, the house cocktail, which comes in an alcoholic or a non-alcoholic version. A sweet finish closes the tasting: ice cream made with the oil, or the house sbrisolona served with a lemon biscuit.
